Be Inspired by Damilare Awe's Audacity Of Loneliness

Loneliness is like a void,
A black pit of despair
Filled with heartache and longing.
Loneliness is a gateway to temptation,
It’s doors forever guarded by a pair of desires
The desire to be noticed
And the desire to be needed.

Loneliness is standing in a crowded room,
A mind full of sorrows and regrets
Longing to be shared,
While you smile beguiled
And delight those who surround you.
Loneliness is a hunger
And the desperation to be filled up
Loneliness is a sickness
That wraps its unforgiving hands around
Each and everyone of us

At some point in our lives.
Its icy cold hands reach from the void
Seeking to tear what happiness there is from our lives.
For what is loneliness
But just another manifestation of fear,
Fear that we will never be fully accepted
and loved by others.

Fear that we will forever remain alone
Control your fear
And in turn you will control your loneliness
What do you fear?
Loneliness is a nightmare
A nightmare that leaves deep scares in youR heart.
As loneliness is a nightmare
That you will eventually wake up from.
We all will one day wake up.
It’s Audacity may linger
But never let it take full course.

  2. Life and nature are similar concepts because nature is the study of how life acts and interacts within the circle of existence. When we take the time to examine the beauty of the world around us, we are able to see parallels within our own lives. One who is attuned with nature is attuned with the practice of living. All of nature moves in a spiral as do our personal lives. It is important to spend time in nature because in this way we can become attuned to its wisdom.
